Policies and Rules

1. There is a $35.00 non-refundable registration fee due upon enrollment.

2. Tuition is based on a yearly rate Ten Months (10) broken into Ten (10) monthly installments regardless of the number of weeks per month. Tuition payments are due to be paid on the first lesson of each month. Payments may be made at the studio or through the mail. There is a late charge of $10.00 for all tuition payments received after the 10th of the month. Tuition is non-refundable!

3. NO DEDUCTION OR ANY REFUNDS FOR MISSED LESSONS OR PERSONAL VACATIONS.

4. The school reserves the right to drop/refuse student registration for:

a) Non-payment of tuition, late fees or other charges due That’s Dancin’ Inc.

b) Disruptive behavior.

c) Excessive lateness/or absences.

d) Improper dance attire.

e) Failure to abide by any of the rules and/or policies written or verbally stated by any employee of That’s Dancin’ Inc.

5) Classes with six (6) or less students are subject to cancellation. That’s Dancin’ reserves the right to alter or cancel class schedules, for any reason, either temporarily or permanently without fault.
